Cat poisoner update

I've just been told the detestable little 
has lost his house after defaulting on the mortgage 
Seemingly he's still in the area but about 1.5 miles away, so the cats are safe now. The only downside is he, his wife and kids aren't living under a plastic sheet in a field and existing on cold baked beans and soup..........I'm not being horrible about the wife and kids, she married him after all and their kids are just vile.

I don't know for certain, but it seems likely he'll had to have got rid of his pride and joy as well, his pigeons. They were his *excuse* 
for poisoning cats as he claimed they bothered/killed (or tried to) them.
