Ooh! The Furminator looks great, did you use that in your salon, Nic? The blade thing looks a bit scary, I assume it won't cut the animal?

It looks much better the Defurr-ums, not sure if they actually do work but I've been feeding them to Percy since he was a kitten and I've only seen him throw up two furballs. You can buy them from Pets at Home.

I use this http://www.furminator.com/ on the 2 cats and on carys imo it's the best thing ever I could never be without it now, a bit Shocked with the price but I got mine off ebay.

They are awesome! My sister uses one on her two and its unbelievable how much hair it removes! My sister learnt the hard way tho to use long even strokes and not go over the same patch constantly! (Nic'll know what would have happened to Shamen! Rofl! My sister felt guilty for weeks!)

Yes Laura I did use it in the salon it's fab
The blade is fine it will not cut an animal it just removes all the dead hair, it's well worth the money.

Just to say if anyone dose get the furminator be warned use it outside because the amount of hair you will get off with it would cover your hole house.

I brushed Percy again this morning and bloody hell, I thought I got a lot out last night! Where does it all come from? He usually gets a bit ratty if I brush that bit too long but he couldn't get enough of it today!
