if i'd have the time with you again, i'd never let you go. you where my best friend,calm cool an collected my main man. you played out but not for long you followed me everywhere outside oh the times i scolded you and sent you home, you just rolled on you back and purred.
you where so trusting, no fear of cars or what they could do, but you never went out of our street so i wasn't unduly worried, i wish i had of been.
i never had chance to say goodbye, you wanted to come with us but you never realised the danger,you wouldn't you never saw wrong in anything or anyone.
i wanted to scoop you up, but i was afraid, afraid to see you in pain i don't think you had any idea i was there. and i longed to hold you tell you it was alright, but it wasn't you were'nt coming home and how you loved our home.
i don't know where you are i hope your with us, i wished for a sign you where.
you deserved so much more lil man, you where nice to everyone, my babies dadda.
you gave dadda steve some looks though, i thought it was hilerious, he said sooty wants me to move out so he can have you all to himself, i said "in the next life i want to be a cat then we can be together soots".
you loved your lazer pen, frantically chasing it till you panted. your settee, your 2 seater you claimed it as yours an that was final, your silly lil chirup, you never meowed ever, just a chirup we all laughed at, oh what i'd give to hear that again.
i can't bring you back, i would if i could an somehow i have to find the strength to carry on without you. but know i love you, know i'd give anything to have you back.
take care of marble and summer, i know you will.
he only takes the best, an he's taken you, till we meet again lil man, i love youxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh Lisa... that is so touching... I'm here with tears on my face again...
Sweet dreams little Sooty... you were so loved, and has such a wonderful life... My only regret is that it was cut short... but now your are with Summer and Marble... all three of you playing happily together!
One day you'll see your human family again too... but until then I'm sure you'll take good care of little Summer and Marble.
So... sweet dreams to you little Sooty... you'll never be forgotten.

Oh Lisa, I've just read your letter to Sooty, and am in tears, I can't read the poem Pokbg has given you right now, it's not good for customers to see me with mascara running down my face. LOL, But I will.
You are finding the strength to go on, that's the kind of person you are, you put others first and you know your family need you, but take time for yourself, just a small piece of time to sit and think of Sooty and cry if you want to, thinking of you and your lovely family. xx

Such a lovely well written tribute to a wonderful character. I have no doubt, he's playing and looking after Summer and Marble now.
Sleep now beautiful boy, chase those butterflies and enjoy your time until you are all reuinited again.
Lisa, you are being so strong, I am so very sorry for your loss. Thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.
