Max the mind reader?

The cat from across the road popped in for his usual snack of biscuits in the kitchen a short while back while Max was outside pawing at the flap wanting to come in after him I left Max to it and when my visitor had finished, I guided him towards the front door, safe in the knowledge Max was busy at the back door. He wasn't, he second guessed me and was sat there waiting for me to let his arch enemy out of the front door as I opened it

Max can't be that clever tho', while he was at the front door my visitor took the chance to nip out of the flap to safety and had long gone before Max came in looking for him. Not that it stopped him checking every room downstairs, just to make sure I wasn't hiding the visitor somewhere
