My new rescue... Eleanor?
Not entirely sure of the name yet but I went to the shelter to find my mother a cat (with her of course) This happened to me once before about 11 years ago. I came home with a cat and she did not. Anyway... Here is my new love, Eleanor.
4 white paws
But black on the bottoms
She was a hidy cat at first but in only 3 days is beginning to come out more.
First Contact with Oliver... He can hardly contain himself. He was so excited when he saw her come in that his whole body was having muscle tremors and his teeth were actually chattering. He has missed his dear Madeline for a long time. He WANTS a kitty friend. Hopefully soon they will be sleeping curled up together.
On the morning of day 3 she is feeling a little more brave and comes out and about more. As long as the dogs remain calm, she is doing great so... Our first family photo
I am sure she will OWN this house in no time just like Madeline did. The Rotties were her loyal servants and this gal is figuring that out already. ha ha

Oh she's beautiful, I love tabby cats, and Oliver looks well impressed too. So glad you took her home. Lovely photographs.
I'm sure she will take over the house and quite right too.
I would be calling her Ellie, for some reason I always end up abbreviating names.
