Contrary cats.......

........Bola in particular.

They came to erect the new fence at the front of my house today, as well as two strangers coming and going a fair amount of noise was involved as well, but did my lot bat an eyelid, did they hell. Even when they were cutting the concrete base parts to size, Bola just sat there watching them and Fudge would just peep round the corner of the house to watch.

For all the noise and dust involved, they didn't care one bit, yet let me get my hoover out, something they see and hear every week and they're off like a shot.

Oh that's so funny and so true, I wonder if it's because they're outside, where they can escape easily, whereas in the house, they're more closed in. Or more than likely, they're just contrary little sods, as you said.
