Re: There's no room up there Dexter
I'll have my step ladders out long before then, but hopefully he'll realise he can jump (just about) from up there onto my bed............tho' no doubt he'll bring everything on the wardrobe down with him.Teddy wrote:Ian B wrote:Yep, coming down is going to be a lot harder than getting up, tho' the way he's sleeping atm that could be some time*Prince* wrote:Ha ha! It's everything else I would be worried about. Hope they're empty.

Yep, they're all emptyTeddy wrote:It's everything else I would be worried about. Hope they're empty.
He got down by himself without disturbing anything, and judging by the couple of soft thumps I heard, he *took my advice* and jumped onto my bed for a soft landing. He must have sneaked in while I was asleep but stayed at ground level this time, well my bed, all night.
He can only have got there by jumping from the set of drawers next to my wardrobe, but that's still some leap and it's almost vertical, tho' he was probably put off trying as Jimmy was asleep on the drawers.

He can only have jumped from a set of drawers right next to the wardrobe, and that's a almost vertical leap of around 5ft, then his landing area on the suitcase is only about 3in wide at best. There's no room round the back of the boxes, so he must have jumped, dug his claws into the suitcase then scrambled up onto the boxes, but how he got his back paws up there to get a grip with them as well in such a narrow space has totally beaten me
