Buddy's neck

I wasn't happy with the collar I'd bought for him, mainly because I'd needed to sew a bit of longer elastic on to make it escapable if it ever got caught on something, so today I bought him the same sort of fully elasticated collar Bolas has on now.
Jeez
it only just fits Buddy and I needed to sew the end down as a quick scratch and he'd almost certainly lose it along with his ID barrel. His neck is very nearly as wide as his head
