I think I've mentioned a jet black tom who calls into my back garden before, well, he's becomming a more frequent visitor now and if there's any food my lot have left I put it out for him if he's around. He's very, very nervous of me and will usually run and hide in my loony neighbours garden when I open the door, but yesterday he came right up to the bowl even as I was stood in the doorway.

I expected him to eat it there, but no, he kept taking a mouthful then running off to the nutters garden to eat it before coming back for another. He must have used twice the energy doing this than he got from the food Laughing

Speaking of daft cats, it appeared Bola, Fudge and Max were out most of the night in the cold and howling wind Rolling Eyes It's nice and sunny, tho' still a bit windy today yet they're all curled up asleep in the house atm Laughing

We also had a black cat around our front door a few nights ago when Mark was watering the garden, but it ran off. I think it could be the cat from across the road (next estate) which faces our house. I think it was calling for Mary. LOL

Hi Lynn,

I'm 99% sure this black cat has a home nearby, the 1% doubt is because he's *always* hungry and looking for food here.
