So, Why is it that....
Maddy hates bodies of water, yet loves to be washed down with a wet flannel and whenever it rains... thats it she has to be out in it! Its raining outside now and she is howling an clawing at the door to be out! LOL! Nutter! So as I say, any ideas why this could be? Anyone elses wee furry darlins this way inclined? LOL

Hi Helen,
The ultra fabulous, and still much mised Black Tom, would happily sit outside in the pouring rain without attempting to shelter, but when inside, if I even so much as splashed him with water, he'd react as tho' I'd tried to murder him
Even now, Fudge and Bola will *shelter* under a fir tree in my back garden when it rains, yet it offers as much shelter as a paper bag full of holes

Class!!!!!!!!!
Sophie loves the rain, never used to but now she will stay out for ages, last night she came in soaked to the skin, but she's the same, a drop of water on her from the tap or shower and she's off. I wonder if it could be that when we splash them it's unexpected and they get a shock, whereas rain is heavy and constant so there isn't that surprise element. Just a stupid thought really, well it is sodden Monday.

lol! Pok adores getting "bath-cuddles"... this is when I'm soaking in the bath and he will come into the bathroom to get a cuddle... he loves my wet hands stroking him! Sadly not so much fun for me, as I end up with a bathtub full of cathairs... *sobs*
