Cat habits

They've all got them, some funny, some annoying and some just odd, but Max has the strangest I've seen yet.

The only place he sleeps here is on my bed and when I wake him, the first thing he does after opening his eyes is head for the dry food bowl for a quick nibble. It's usually on my bed so he doesn't have to go far, but he does the same even when I put the bowl on the floor and it doesn't matter whether he was just having a quick cat nap or was dead to the world, it happens every single time.

I've even woken him on purpose, let him have a nibble and go back to sleep, then woken him again..........and again...........and again, he still heads for the bowl each time even tho' he can't be hungry

Sophie's habit is similar. Whenever she is against my knoee and go to stand up, she always goes to her dry biscuits on the coffee table, it could have been 2 seconds and I'll stand up, she goes to the biscuits, every single time. LOL

Odder than an odd thing, every last one of them! As long as they are happy (and amusing us at the same time with their oddities, then so be it.
