Baffled Buddy (collision)
I found a huge (tail?) feather on my way home from shopping, perfect for tying on the end on my fishing rod toy "Buddy will love this" I thought, but I couldn't have been more wrong, he runs from it as tho' there's a pit bull on the end

hahahahahaha oh that's funny, here's you chuffed to bits with your find and he's scared of it. maybe he was trying to get rid of the original one because he didn't like it.

Re: Baffled Buddy (collision)
Hi Kath,
It's a very big feather, probably about 1/4 the size of Buddy, so I can see why he'd be nervous of it, but not out and out scared. He'll approach and sniff it when I'm not pulling it around the garden, but as soon as I do, he's off He'll realise it won't hurt him in a few days.
I'm just glad nobody spotted me dashing up the path to get this feather before the wind blew it away

Re: Baffled Buddy (collision)
Now Buddy is used to the feather, and purely in the interest of *research*, I decided to test just how much he concentrated on the feather as he chased it when I spun round. His concentration is total, I know that because when I deliberately dragged it close to Bola, who was minding his own business, sunbathing, Buddy careered head first right into him.
It was the first time, but even 'ier the second as Bola gave Buddy a meaty left hook for not looking where he was going
I guess if Bola is a bit put out by Buddy being here, my doing things like that won't help much
