A little off
Yesterday Buddy didn't eat his breakfast or tea, he just slept the whole day, he even rejected his favourite "cheesy bic bics", and he was very quiet and withdrawn. After having lots of love and cuddles he continued to sleep, but he must of gone out during the night as he came in wet this morning. He looked a little perkier today but only ate a little of his brekkie, so I opened a tin of sardines and he ate about 1 1/2 sardine and is now still sleeping. Am keeping a close eye on him at the mo, if he doesn't pick up he will be of to the vet.
Could this be the weather making him depressed (it's been raining all week) or maybe he's eaten something that has disagreed with him.

Re: A little off
I doubt it's the weather Lynn, much more likely to be something he's ate or drank that's disagreed with him.
After the episode with Beckett, it's now my rule of thumb for my lot that any major change in behaviour, apparent illness that lasts more than 48 hours means a vet visit.

Re: A little off
Hi Ian,
He is looking better now he has eaten a good bit of his tea and has been outside in the rain.
For the past week he has been constantly eating so maybe he has just made a pig of himself.

Hi Lynn,
Good news, it's always a worry when they are out of sorts as we have to guess what's bothering them.

Hi Nikki,
He seems fine now, he's just come in and had his brekkie and more cheesy bic bics (when he refuses these I know there's something wrong) and is now getting loves from his dad
Re: A little off
Glad Buddy seems to have picked up. Those days when there is something wrong are not good to have. Sounds like he must have eaten something that didn't agree, and it is now through his system.
