Re: A box thread
see that's where they confuse us, she slept on the hard microwave even though there are ample beds/comfy places for her to chose from, Sophie does exactly the same thing. Although lately she's been crawling in beside Moto again.

Re: A box thread
She was back in the box when I went to bed last night and is still there atm so it seems she's still undecided which place is best

Re: A box thread
It was too much of a temptation, she just couldn't help herself. LOL This box measure 8 x 11 inches, It's a tight squeeze. She's now asleep in it.

The first pic is and much like Fudge, a small box just means a more comfortable fit.

Re: A box thread
It was almost as though she was defying steve, he took away a bigger box to put his tatties into and this one was beside it.
Fudge is so tiny though, she gets away with it, unlike chunky monkey here.
The Foxes tin was bought so that we had a tin to put out glass packers into, well that's Steves story and he's sticking to it. The ate the whole tin of biscuits in a week,

Re: A box thread
He wasn't laughing then, but was later on at my futile attempts to persuade him to come out of the box when I wanted to go to bed. I don't know why, but both he and Max will happily use the livingroom door flap if they see Buddy or Dexter use it, but neither Bola or Max will if they've got to come in/go out by themselves

Re: A box thread
For all the time the box on my bed next to the pillows has been ignored my lot, Buddy discovered it earlier today, but only after I dumped a jumper and a t-shirt in it last night ready to be washed. I don't think it's going to get washed today somehow

Re: A box thread
Cosy Buddy Boy. What IS IT about cats that they like to sleep on dirty clothes?!?!?
Mind you, better that, than when they choose to lie on top of clothes that you lie out all nicely pressed ready to put on after a shower! RAGE!

Re: A box thread
After seeing Buddy in the box on my bed, it didn't take Bola long before he had to try it, and it didn't matter one bit that Buddy was in it at the time
And one of the cat from acroos the road in his *safe* hiding place here, a box on top of the tumble dryer in the junk room

I can't for the life of me see how Buddy could possibly be comfy lay that way, let alone sleep

Re: A box thread
Here's Dexter, being as stupid as only a cat can be, inasmuch as he never goes near this box in the kitchen when the central heatings on
And one of Jimmy in a box that hadn't been on the floor for more than a minute. I bought a load of food from the pet stall at my local indoor market and had it delivered. I put it all away and plonked the box down right next to the one Dexter was in, in all the time that's been there Jimmy hasn't even glanced at it, but this dog food box was instantly right up his street

Re: A box thread
Jimmy is still in this box but what he hasn't realised (yet) is that I've just brought Fudge in.....yep, she's been refusing to come in again (out of the rain) this afternoon......and put her on the microwave where she can easily see him. I'm just waiting for it all to kick off downstairs atm

Re: A box thread
This box has been on a bedside cabinet in the spare bedroom for ages and only Bola had investigated it, till Jimmy found it overnight. It used to be Fudges box in the hall so I'm surprised he's used it.
