Fudge and Jimmy, a close call.

Hi All,
I went for a shower late last night and found Jimmy fast asleep in the bath, so ushered him out of it. After my shower I went downstairs and there he was, finishing a bit of food in the kitchen, then he disappeared back upstairs. Thinking he'd gone back to the bath (I'd dried it ready for him going back..............how sad is that?
) but he wasn't there, in fact I couldn't find him anywhere.
All this time Fudge had been fast asleep on my bedroom windowsill, and it was only when I went to bed that I found Jimmy, curled up asleep under the *desk* I keep my printer on. They were barely 3ft apart, and with the history between these two I expected to be woken by a cat fight at any time, but not a bit of it I'm glad to say. They both slept right thro', Fudge got up first today, jumped down and left without even noticing Jimmy, who is still fast asleep atm.
A minor miracle imo

Could tolerance be sneaking in here somewhere, hope so, wouldn't that be good (for you).
Had to laugh at you drying the bath, thing is if you don't and they've been outside, then jump in the wet bath, there is filthy pwaprints everywhere. aaaaggghhhh.

Fudge tolerating Jimmy????? Not a hope in hell I'm afraid.
I get the dirty pawprints in the bath thing regularly, and I'd been blaming Bola and William before discovering Jimmy liked to sleep there. I don't know if he thinks he's safe from Fudge there, but so far he is. I don't recall ever seeing Fudge in the bathroom tbh, so maybe he has worked it out.

You would think Jimmy would just go home and be done with it. But then that's a humans logic and I don't think cats have any.

Oh bless!!! That's nice to hear... even though it might have been because Fudge never noticed him there...
As for drying the bath - ROFL! Oh yes... very sad... lol! And we do the same as BG likes to drink out of the bathtaps - ROFL!
