She used to be our good girl....

..... but the past few mornings Mads has been attention seeking in the mornings too! Argghhhh! She's disovered that if she 'does her claws' on the end of our bed, we're up instantly! She's also making pathetic 'I'm bored, pay attention to me!' cries and trampling all over us! My guess is because we're off work, we're getting up later and so she's getting her breakfast later and she's decided to rebel! LOL! But between the two of them... oh they're little buggers!

LOL. Are you she her and Mary aren't sister's as she sounds exactly like her. She will jump on the bed purr very loudly in your ear and trample all over you, until she gets attention and she will scratch the bed from one end to the other, as, like you, I have been getting up later than the usual 6am, and she thinks that she should be fed on time. Cats eh, you just gotta love em.

Oh gads aye! LOL! They just don't understand the importance of a peaceful lay in now and then do they? They just see us as failing in our duties to them and have to let us know about it. lol

ROFKL, oh yes, they are little sods, Sophie has been a real pain since we came on holiday, it makes me wonder how they cope when we're at work all day. I bet they sleep and gather up all their energy and distructivness for when we come home. Last night Sophie was right back to her usual self, scratching at doors, in the wardrobe crawling all over me, then she will eventually settle down by which time, am wide awake.

Neil and I have come to that conclusion too - the littler monsters sleep all day UNTIL we get home and then it's tear around after each other and knock things flying etc etc

I worked long hours on New Years eve and got home absolutely zonked out. Normally if I'm like this I'll sit down and have ten minutes' or so of relaxing and a cuip of tea and I'm fine.......but this day I was constantly harassed by the kittens jumping all over me and I think it was a combination of PMT and tiredness and I felt like I was going crazy!!!!!

ROFL! Oh she's a clever one - yup, scratching on the bed should do the trick! lol!

At the moment Pok is good as gold (considering we only came back yesterday I should hope so!)... but give it three days and he's a howling monster... swap him for the early morning scratcher? lol!
