Squeeky Teeth Empty Squeeky Teeth

Post by Laura Mon Jan 26, 2009 7:58 pm

For the last week or so Percy's teeth have been squeeking when he eats. It's sounds horrible but he doesn't seem to have any difficulty in actually eating.

Anyone any idea what causes this? Hearing it puts my teeth on edge! Suspect

I've never hear anything like that... nor hear about anything like that. If he's not having any difficulty eating it does suggest he's not in any pain, so maybe it's similar to a "clicking jaw" (I sometimes get that)?

Squeeky teeth sounds like they are very clean, is he crunching dry food or is it wet he is eating. If dry, then I would imagine it's just the biscuits against each other or against his teeth. Go google and see what comes up.

Honestly, it sounds awful. He eats in the kitchen and we can hear it in the living room Squeeky Teeth 878172

Kath - Could be that he has sparkling teeth. He eats a combo of dry and wet, and the wet he has is Applaws (read - spoilt) which is tins of tuna etc. I guess they have a different texture to something like Felix.

I'll say, Felix and Whiskas are globs of putty smeared in jelly, Applaws is actually real fish/chichen. The only time I've heard this is when I ate fresh green beans, my god, the sqeaking that was going on there was disgusting, never had then again. Laughing
