Middle of the road.......

Buddy woke up about 10 minutes ago after being asleep on the spare bed since mid morning (I'm not surprised he was tired, I didn't see him from 5pm yesterday till he strolled in and woke me at 2am then 5 minutes later I heard the flap go) anyhow, he's had a bit of food then strolled back out.

I just happened to look out of a upstairs window and there he was, wandering up the middle of the road without a care in the world. I wouldn't mind so much but there's a path and grass verge on either side, but not him I tapped on the window and managed to get his attention, but just got a "What dy'a want now?" look

They just seem oblivious to danger, I've seen cats sitting quite happily in the middle of the road, and we say cats are intelligent, makes me wonder.

I reckon he thrives on danger, if there's such a thing as a andrenelin junkie cat, he's one, and God knows what he gets up to when he's out of sight

6am today and he was (still is now tbh ) yowling the street down trying to provoke the black cat from over the road into a fight.

Mmmmm Buddy is definately a bit of a chav. A youth out looking for trouble, just what every estate needs.

He's curled up on the spare bed atm and looks for all the world like butter wouldn't melt, but just like Fudge, his mood can change instantly. Maybe she recognises this in him and that's why she likes him so much

Two of a king, kindred spirits.

A few nights back I saw Buddy sitting in the middle of our road( although it's very quiet) and Mary rolling around beside him. A knock on the window usually moves them, but our estate is well lit, so they are easily seen. Just hope the both don't do this on an unlit road.
