Sleeping places

Yeah we all know how peculiar cats can be regarding sleeping places. ATM Sophie is between the top of the microwave or top of the worktop. She has a really comfortable bed all to herself as has Moto but no, she refuses to use it now and much prefers the hard surfaces. I really can't understand this, even when she comes into our workshop, she prefers to lie on a piece of cardboard on top of the lightbox rather than underneath it on a soft blanket. Cats????
