Ok then Bubbles ( stupid name) just may have a new home, am not saying forever home yet as it could just be a trial. A lady wants an outdoor cat and CP wondered if Bubbles would be suitable. I think so but only if she isn't put outside and left as she loves company, so we'll wait and see what happens, but I am desperate to get her out of that pen. Fingers crossed.

Don't know yet Nicola, was only told late this afternoon, but hopefully I should hear something tomorrow.

Bless little Cruella... eh... Bubbles, I mean! I do hope she get her new home soon though... but not certain if an outside one would be the ideal solution... might be better with a come and go as you please home, where she's the only cat and can get as much snuggles inside as she wishes...

I do have my doubts as well, I told CP that she needs lots of human interaction, so I think it may just be a case of trying it out but to make sure that she won't be neglected.

Just make sure you don't accidently call her Cruella in front of new potential mum! LOL

thats so sad. That sort of rehoming must make you feel so deflated. I hope this lady turns out to be better and nicer than she sounds, and that by 'wanting an outdoor cat' she really means, 'a beloved pet that can use a cat flap'. we can but hope. x

Awww bless her - I'm sure she'll find her Forever Home soon Perhaps she just needs a home where she's the only cat in a house with no children or other pets and where she can come and go through a cat flap and interact with her 'owners' on her terms

CP haven't got back to me so I reckon the lady isn't interested. No doubt Bubbles will get tha proper home she needs, I just wish it would happen sometime soon. She's such an unpredictable wee cat though, she should go to someone that will be able to handle her properly. I've had quieter ferals. LOL

Well this could be good news, but on saturday tea-time got a call from CP ( which I didn't answer, as sturday evenings are OURs) so she left a message, asking about Bubbles and that the lady who wants an outdoor cat is still keen. So, I just told her no, Bubbles needs company, not just left outside to her own devices and if that were to happen, her *feral * tendencies just may take over and she would never become friendlier. Told CP she needs to be handled properly and given patience, also told her(CP) that we would be out for the day and that I would phone her on Monday morning, so what happens, 3.45 a txt is sent telling me someone will be calling about Bubbles, 5 minutes later the call came. So much for being out and not available, oh I was not impressed. Anyway, called the lady back and she's coming to see Bubbles tonight. It's not the same lady, so hopefully Bubbles will have her forever proper home.

No of course not, it's just that CP seem to think that your time is theirs. Just sometimes I don't want to be at the end of a phone and yesterday was one of those times, she was told we were out for the day, it could have waited until today. But hopefully Bubbles will get her new home, and would you believe another lady is interested, LOL All happens together.

CP are also in my bad book at the moment, Mitzy went 6 weeks ago now and i have been asked to take in 5 other cats in that time only to be told about an hour before they come that the cats already have homes!
I do think sometimes they take fosters for granted.

Well just after i replied to you on here CP phoned me to ask if i would take in a cat today, so i'm to go down to the vets tonight to collect it.

Claws was rejected. She wasn't on her best behaviour LOL and twice she went for my hand and drew blod, so they thought with two little nieces that visit, Bubbles just might be a little unpredictable, she's very predictable, I know she's going to scratch and bite, so roll on the next *could be mum* person.

What? You mean she didn't want bubbles after witnessing the carnage! lol, Oh I'm sorry, that was a little mean. I'm sure the right mum/dad for her will come along. Mads is quite vicious with well, anyone other than Calvin or I (whom she is a softie with) lol! And we love her and see it as part of her charm, so I'm sure they'll be someone out there who'll appreciate a beatiful girl that knows how to use her claws and that with the right owner she'll mellow (with them anyway). Uh-oh... lol! Oh it's so not funny... We were all hoping this would be the right home for little Bubbles... but the sick part of my brain still finds it funny that she drew blood as she was being considered as a family pet! lol!

LOL, oh it was funny but it's not, but she was just showing her true colours, she was actually the cat from hell last night, but at least she wasn't two faced about it. *look at me, what you see is what you get*. LOL

But Arbroath (re-homing centre) is willing to take her and apparently there is another lady keen on her (ha ha wait til see meets her) but she still has to get a home check, so am not too despondant yet, maybe if she's rejected again I will cry. LOL

It could be the one... here' hoping the lady's homecheck goes well... and that she has a love for little wild beasts with fangs and claws! lol!
