Another garden visitor? Empty Another garden visitor?

I *may* have seen this fluffy ginger tom before, he seems familiar from the pic I took back in 2010 of Buddy on next doors shed roof with 3 other toms up a tree after a cat on heat. If it is the same cat I've not seen him since then and as he's after the young cat from across the road, it could well be the same one.
