Up date on Bert

We went down to see how Linda was getting on with him, if you remember he was the closet cat that wouldn't come out. LOL Well. he's out and down stairs and settling in well, but is still very wary of sudden movements and strangers. But the difference is remarkable. She thinks she'll just keep him because it's a shame to unsettle him again, but she really didn't want another cat, she had to put her own cat to sleep 3 weeks ago and is heartbroken. But she has done wonders with Bert and should be so pleased.

Aw bless! Little Bertie, finally out of the closet!

He's such a scrumptious fellow... and I'm sorry for Lidas loss of her kitty... but wonderful that's she's thinking of taking on Bertie forever... it might just be waht he needs.

Fantastic to hear how well he's doing Kath, that's really good news. Lovely to see a pic of him again, i love his face it's so full of character, almost human!

What great news about Bert, you must be so pleased, Kath. He's such a handsome fellow, no wonder Linda wants to keep him.

LOL,yes he does have a characteristic face, LOL we always think he looks somewhat bemused. LOL

I am so pleased he's settled in with LInda, but TBH I don't think she really wanted to keep him, but as she says, she just can't put him through all the stress again.
