Bert update

Aawww Bert, what can I say. We went to see Linda who has had him since January and has spent so much time with Bert and it's paying off. He goes outside, not far just around the garden and if too many birds make a noise he flees back inside. LOL he doesn't run upstairs everytime someone new comes in to the house, he plays with his toys and altogether he is chilling out. He still has that *crazed* whats happening look about him, but he has come on so much. I was so happy when we saw him, he has come from such a frightened nervous kitty to one that now knows he is safe and can do what he wants without fear. LOL

Awwwww! Thats so wonderful! I'm so happy for him! He's got such a lovely almost human expression, I'm just so glad he's getting braver and feels safe. OOooo thats made me go all warm and fuzzy, I love a happy ending. Thanks for the update. x

Good 'old' Bert, nice to hear he's settled so well. Given more time he'll hopefully relax completely

EEK, what wonderful news to start a Saturday! That has made me so happy Kath, you wont believe it!
Now................ all we need is the lovely Mischa to find a loving home and be happy!

Oh that's wonderful!!! Bert the cupboard kitty is finally chilling out! Well done to Linda... it must have taken the patience of a Saint to get him to where he is now!

Linda is a saint she has so much patience, she has been looking after Mischa while we were away and actually got her to play with a piece of string. Doesn't sound much but it is. LOL So Mischa is still with me as well, poor thing is becoming institutionalised. Next thing she'll be going round and round in circles with bordom. Linda wants to come visit her during the afternoons while we're at work, so that will be good.

Oooooo... maybe Mischa will become a little more playful then! That's great... as if she can interact a little bit more it might be more tempting for someone wo give her a loving home... but I still cannot understand why no-one has snapped her up!!! She's so gorgeous!

Poor Mischa. It would be good for Linda to call round when you're at work. Like PokBg, I too don't understand why someone hasn't snapped her up yet.

She was a miserable girl this morning, didn't even come out of her bed when I went to feed her. God it is so frustrating, she so needs out of that bloody pen. ggggrrrr

Poor lamb. It must be frustrating for her, such a shame, oh she needs a home sooner rather than later.
