Litter tray??
Now Lilly and Saffy are both going outside I did think they would start using the litter tray less but no they are still using it all the time, they can be out on a lovely day but will come home just to use the tray and then trot off back out lol.
I don't mind them doing it at all but I find it very strange, Phoebe would never use a litter tray once she started going out, do any of your cats do this or is it just my 2 ??

Re: Litter tray??
Sophie will do it, just like your two, be outside all day then come home, use the tray and then go out again. She is doing that less and less but I still find it funny. Moto will only use the tray if he really has to, like during the night.

Re: Litter tray??
Both Bola and Jimmy occasionally do it, I don't mind so much with Bola, but when a neighbours cat comes into your house for a pee/poo, then goes straight back out, something is very wrong

Re: Litter tray??
LOL!
Boo uses the tray and Mads tends to use it, but she does like pooping around conifers, digging in the soil around them etc.... she killed most of ours at our last place! I have to admit, that I prefer cats coming indoors and using the litter tray for this very reason. Non of us like it when dog owners don't pick up after their dogs and whilst its not possible with cats unless you take them out on a leash lol, I completely understand why people get annoyed at cat poo in their garden especially if they don't have a cat themselves. But I can't really say anything as I tend to flush their poo and kill flipper...

Re: Litter tray??
I'm glad it's not only my 2 that do this.
I have no problem with them coming home to go to the loo infarct I prefer it, that way nobody can say my cats are making a mess in other people's garden.

Exactly. We can't stop them, but we don't we have to like it! LOL! One of my neighbours conifers is starting to look decidedly unhealthy....
