Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
..... I want to go to sleep.
She was curled up asleep on my bedroom windowsill when I went to bed last night, but didn't stay there long after I was in bed, she jumped down and had to sit on me, not near me, on me. Fair enough but she didn't stay there long either before moving into the box next to my pillow.
5 minutes of scratching and collar bell ringing later she moved again, this time under *her* chair again with yet more scratching and collar bell ringing. Then it was back on the bed (read me) for a 10 minute spell off pushy-paws before she finally jumped down and went under my pc desk where it seems she stayed all night.
If ever a cat had a bit of Gypsy in it's blood, it's Fudge

You can't say she's predictable and boring, always keeping you on your toes.

Re: Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
For only the second time that I know of, she settled down on the spare bedroom windowsill yesterday afternoon and stayed there till she went out at 11.30 last night I expected her to come in and wake me by jumping on my bed as usual but no, in fact she stayed out all night and was wet thro' today when I let her in and she dashed upstairs to the spare bedroom windowsill again. I wonder how long this will last

Re: Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
And after she came into my bedroom but I wouldn't let her sit on my knee, off she trotted to the spare bedroom where she's settled down in a holdall temporarily put on the floor. I guess it'll be there for a while now

I'll give it a week, or with my habit of wandering around the house without switching lights on, less if I get fed up of tripping over it

She came into my bedroom last night but didn't stay long and I found her on the spare bedroom windowsill when I opened the curtains today, tho' she's now back in the holdall again

Re: Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
She's been on the spare bedroom windowsill most of the day, which shows she's a bit slow on the uptake as it's taken her the best part of 14 years to work the front of my house is the suntrap, tho' to be fair, Max has only just cottoned onto this as well

Re: Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
She's given up on the bag, but has just discovered a narrow shelf on a bedside cabinet in the spare bedroom, but even for her I think this might be too tight a squeeze for regular use
I opened a drawer for her but no, it was the shelf or nothing

Not surprisingly, she hasn't been near the bedside cabinet shelf again, not that I've seen anyway

Yeah, I don't know what she was thinking about, there's no way even she could get comfy enough to sleep in so small a space

Re: Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
I can imagine the fun and games getting her out if she'd got stuck tho'
I caught her coming out of the junk room last night, tho' she's no chance of getting comfy in there as I'm still in the middle of stripping the wallpaper off so everything in there has been pushed to one side.

She may well find a corner covered in junk and she'll snuggle down.

Re: Silly Fudge (my new fav pic)
As long as she doesn't snuggle down in the black bag I'm putting all the old wallpaper in, I might just tie it up and put it in the bin with her still in there
