Bonnie goes into hiding Empty Bonnie goes into hiding

Over the last couple of weeks we have had 4 visits from the plumbers re our boiler. No complaints there as they were making sure of what was wrong before replacing a particularly expensive part. The only one who had a problem with their many visits was Bonnie, who has taken to hiding away at any opportunity. Each visit was followed by a number of hours searching out where she was hiding this time. Even though it has now been a week since the last time the plumbers were here, Bonnie still hides away for much of the day. Sometimes, despite our bestest efforts, there is no finding her, so she has obviously sourced a very successful hiding place. For the most part, we leave her to it, but sometimes we get a doubt and wonder whether she isn't in the house at all and has managed to escape into a big wide world that she has no understanding and a great fear of.

Bolas hiding places indoors are a constant source of amazement, and no little annoyance tbh, to me Joanne but he does it willingly wth no escaping from anyone. As long as Bonnie stays indoors I wouldn't be too concerned, she'll come round in her own time.

Aww poor Bonnie, she's had her routines disturbed by the workmen, she'll come round soon though, wherever she's hiding must be prettu secure and cosy.

Still haven't discovered her hidey place, but quite right that it must be a safe and cosy haven for her. Slowly but surely she is spending more time in the open, so maybe she is putting the upheaval behind her now.

Glad to hear she's coming round Joanne.

She has much the same reaction as my lot to strangers in the house, tho' a knock at the door is usually enough to get them scurrying to the flap, whereas Jimmy and Dexter from next door are happy to come in and *help* any workmen Laughing
