He's getting more curious, he'll get the confidence soon and start really nosing about.

Re: Desperate Tatty Eared Tom
He ventured into the living room this afternoon, while I was there as well and spent a good 10 minutes rolling about on the floor with a cat nip toy. He must have sneaked in before without my knowing for him to go straight to it, not that I can complain as he was clearly loving every second of it

Re: Desperate Tatty Eared Tom
He got a good cursing and was chased out of the house on Saturday evening for giving me a vicious paw swipe (claws fully out) as I was putting food down for him I'm used to getting *back off* hisses and half hearted paw swipes, but he meant to hurt this time, so I wasn't best pleased.
I didn't see him at all till late last night when he sneaked in again, but ran to the flap as soon as he saw me on the sofa, tho' he stayed outside waiting for food. I left a plateful down in the dining room overnight in case he came in again later, he must have done as it was licked clean. Thinking about it, his reaction on Saturday was more that of a ill or injured cat, tho' he seemed ok at the time.
'EDIT'
I've just caught him going out after finishing the food Stripey had left in the dining room. He didn't run when outside, but I can't decide if he just looked nervous or is actually ill.

He was in the dining room waiting for brekkie today when I got up, still a bit wary but looks healthy enough. He loves chicken wings, wolfing them down bones and all, even Stripey leaves the biggest bone after he's chewed all the meat off.

Re: Desperate Tatty Eared Tom
He's not been in as much since I chased him out, I thought he was still visiting but it turned out to be the thieving black tom instead, and this will have to be stopped somehow. Perhaps a baited trap in the dining room, a meat'n' English mustard'n'meat *sandwich* might put him off a bit.
