Busy day for the girls tomorrow!

Bramble is at her leg vet tomorrow morning for a check up and then in the afternoon they are both in their regular vets for their booster jabs and annual check up! We've never took them both in at the same time... so that should be fun! LOL (prob not for the vet tho.... there'll be the usual *ahem* 'aggressive' cat with a pee'd off one who's been in a carrier twice in the same day! LOL)

Oh taking two at the same time is a doddle, we do it all the time. LOL One in, one out, nothing to it. Good luck tomorrow, hope Brambles leg is well on the way to complete recovery.

Well, considering she's hunting a daddylonglegs as I type LOL I'm assuming the vets will confirm that the op has done the job! LOL! I'll ask about getting some sensitive tummy food when there. No doubt I'll have two cheesed off madams tomorrow evening! LOL

1st one down! Boo was very well behaved and enjoyed the attention from the vet as ever.....*rolls eyes* Her right leg is still weak, so she needs to be encouraged to use it more (is that possible? She already tears around the house bouncing off the walls! LOL, but she would rather do bunny hops up the stairs...) The vet is really pleased with her tho, even tho she's a tiny bit lame. We are to give her metacam again for a few days to see if she uses her leg more naturally, if so to continue with that, otherwise to stop giving it to her and it will ob take more time. Another check up in a couple weeks, then she can be discharged! Yeay!

Good news, glad to hear it. And did the vet give you any tips on getting her to use her leg more??????????? seems a daft thing to say really, Still am sure come time, she'll use that leg properly again.

Well, the vet did say something about swimming..... then thankfully said that that more applies to dogs! LOL

Both been jabbed! The vet foolishly tried to get a worming tablet down Maddys neck.... LOL! Needless to say we've been given the wormers to take home with us... we saw the fear in the vets eyes again! Maddy still needs to loose weight, so we have to cut down her food some more! Bramble was really jumpy this time and did not like it there at all! Its funny as she really likes the other vetinary practice that did her leg!?!? Anyhoo, hopefully they'll both be a bit subdued tonight, so no using mums head as a springboard! LOL!
