Oh no... oh bless her little heart!!! It's probalby beacuse she's over done it a bit... must be so hard for her to try and keep still after so long in the cage... I'm sure she goes crazy-cat each time she's let out of it.

Fingers crossed, it just for Bramble to rest a bit more, and nothing serious. Give the little one a big snuggle from me... and give your poor wallet one too!

She is being quite good, to be honest when she's out the cage she just wants snuggles all the time! (Bar her mad moment last night! lol) She's fast asleep now... and mummy is off to the pub soon! (for the first time in months!)

Awww bless her! She purred her head off at the vets and kept trying to rub up against the vet when she was manipulating her leg! LOL! Oh my little lap rat just loves company! LOL!

Anyhoo, the vet was pleased with her progress and reckons that its just Bramble getting used to having her leg in a new position, that its still uncomfortable for her, so to keep on with the painkillers and cage rest! So Bramble's having another check next week to make sure she's still on the right track... cage rest for at least another week.... oh brill! LOL!

Haha, yep. We can still let her out when we are with her at least, so thats good. Hopefully next week we can give the cage back and give her the freedom of a room when we're at work and at night rather than the cage.

The continued cage rest is hard on her and you, but like Ian said, if the vet is happy with her progress, that is brill! Good old Miss Maddy!

LOL! She's playing with litter! Wondering around the living room with it in her mouth, chucking it around then pouncing on it! LOL! I think, (besides an odd fly coming by and teasing her), this is the first time she's been playful since the op, which has to be good....

I'm debating letting her stay out the cage when I go to Wingate and letting her have her donut toy... but this may be too much... Hmmm, Maybe not, I guess you have to be cruel to be kind sometimes... sorry I'm having one of those thinking out loud moments! LOL

Bless! So happy to hear the vet is happy with her progress, and that she's becoming all playful again! Ugh... don't envy you having to confine her to the cage for another week... the better her leg gets the more she'll object to the cage I'm sure!

Glad to hear that Bramble is doing well and that the vet seems pleased with her. Fingers crossed it won't be long until she has a bit more freedom, lovely to hear that she's been enjoying having a little play (even if it's with her litter Laughing )

She's running around like a nutter! LOL! She's so much better, thanks for asking. Actually I'm a bad mum, I really need to book her in for a post op checkup and both of them for their annual vacs.
