Long lost *friend* returns Empty Long lost *friend* returns

Post by Ian B Sat May 23, 2009 12:03 pm

I nipped out to buy a paper/odds'n'sods earlier, and I'd just turned round to close the gate when I heard a cat yowling behind me. I knew who it was without looking, a black tom who used to call for food, but who I hadn't seen before today for well over 9 months, maybe a year. His miaow is unmistakable, and he's the noisiest cat I've ever heard full stop.

I went back to the house to see if he'd follow me but he didn't, if he had I would have fed him, all he wanted to do was say hello before trotting off over the road, still yowling Laughing Still nice to see him again tho' Very Happy

Yeah, it was Laughing He wanted a good chin rub before going, tho' I was surprised he didn't follow me back to the house as I can't recall him not wanting food before.

If you heard him, he's that noisy you'd swear he was in pain, but it's just that he's unbelievably chatty. He's still a scruffy old thing who probably still hates other cats, but he's great with me.

Awww... that's so sweet! His yowling sounds like Poks ginger tom friend... however Poks friend is great with cats, but won't go close to humans.
